These terms and conditions apply to the EMQ Send promotional code offered in our promotions.

1. The promotional code is valid for a limited time only, and expires on the date specified in the offer.
2. Each promotional code can be used only once unless otherwise specified. Even in the event when a transaction is cancelled before payment is made, the promotional code applied to that cancelled transaction may not be reactivated and used again.
3. The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer.
4. The promotional code is not transferable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
5. Only one promotional code can be used each time and therefore cannot be used in combination with any other promotional code, discounts or the like.
6. If you have multiple promotional codes in your account, EMQ will automatically apply the one with the largest discount first, i,e, in case of one free transfer and a 10% off discount, the free transfer code will be used first.
7. EMQ Send reserves the right at its discretion, to modify these terms and conditions or cancel a promotional code at any time. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be reflected by the terms and conditions posted on www.emqsend.com and you agree to the changes as posted on our website.
