Yes, you may cancel your transfer in the following transfer status:

“Under Review”

“Awaiting Payment”

Just press the “CANCEL THIS TRANSFER” button in your app.

However, if you have ALREADY PAID, you can request to cancel your cash pickup transfer by clicking “REQUEST CANCEL TRANSFER” in the app.

Please note that transfer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Only your payment amount will be refunded to you.

For example if you have transferred NT$10,000, and our transfer fee is NT$199, you will be refunded NT$10,000 - NT$199 service fee = NT$9,801.
